Audi 80 B3 / B4 Accessories

For Audi 80 and Audi 90 in B3 (1987–1991) and B4 (1991–1996) body styles, DD Tuning offers model-specific EVA, rubber, and textile floor mats, trunk mats for the B4 sedan, stainless steel wheel arch trims, Omsa Line door sill plates, mud flaps, side indicator grilles, Meric dashboard trim, and a roof rack for a smooth roof. EVA mats and wheel arch trims are made separately for 1987–1991 and 1991–1996—they are not interchangeable, so choose them according to your car’s body type.

What fits B3 and what fits B4

EVA floor mats come in six colors: black, beige, blue, brown, gray, and orange; Carsuit comes in black, beige, gray, and brown. The Polytep rubber floor mats (4 pcs.) are listed for the full 1987–1996 period and mount on clips or screws. If your car’s year is right around 1991, verify the body type in the documents or by the floor shape.

Which trims and body parts fit both body styles

• Wheel arch trims Max chrome are decorative trims for the factory arches, not fender flares. A 4-piece set for front and rear arches, in polished stainless steel or black stainless steel.
• Door sill plates Omsa Line with Sport or Exclusive lettering: 4 pcs., aluminum with plastic, front 45×5 cm, rear 23×5 cm, self-adhesive.
• Premium mud flaps Pryn Auto: a pair made of rubber, 35×23.5 cm, mounted with self-tapping screws. The mud flaps section also includes universal Polytep 230×375 mm.
• Side indicator grilles Carmos made of ABS plastic, 2 pcs.: Oval 94×50 mm or Rectangle 115×50 mm, self-adhesive.

Roof rack, interior, and lighting

Audi 80/90 has no factory roof rails, so you need a roof rack for a smooth roof: V4 aluminum crossbars 135 cm long (for roofs up to 135 cm wide, with a mounting kit) or the chrome Oluksuz V4 with a complete kit for two crossbars. A drip rail or a roof edge can interfere with the clamps—before buying, take a photo of the roof and send it to the manager.

Meric dashboard trim is a self-adhesive overlay on top of the factory dash, not a dashboard replacement; colors: dark wood, carbon, aluminum, and titanium. For switching to LED bulbs, there are H7 (L18) adapters Niken, 2 pcs., for the factory locations; the bulbs themselves are in the car bulbs section.

Are there bumpers, body kits, or headlights for Audi 80

There are no model-specific bumpers, body kits, spoilers, or headlights for Audi 80/90, and no regular body replacement parts either. Instead, there are universal items that are selected by size: front lip splitters DPT and OmsaLine made of ABS plastic, and universal spoilers DPT. Before installation, it’s best to test-fit a universal part on the bumper or trunk lid.

How to do sound deadening on Audi 80

For soundproofing the cabin and trunk, the sound deadening section includes vibration damping sheets, sound-absorbing sheets, and application rollers. The process is: degrease the metal, apply vibration damping and roll it down, then add a sound-deadening layer on top; thicker materials are used on the floor than on the trunk lid. No heat gun is required.
