SONAX PROFILINE Hybridcoating CC One (267841) with Si-Carbon technology is a new type of long-lasting sealant applied in a single step. It reduces surface energy and provides the paintwork with water- and dirt-repellent protection for up to 15 months. Once cured, the reactive coating forms a perfectly smooth protective layer. CC One can be used alone or as a refresher for existing ceramic coatings such as CC36 or CC Evo.

Ceramic protective coating SONAX PROFILINE Hybridcoating CC One

SONAX PROFILINE Hybridcoating CC One (art. 267841) is a one-step Si-Carbon technology sealant that creates a long-lasting protective layer with water- and dirt-repellent properties for up to 15 months. Once cured, it forms a chemically resistant, smooth surface providing deep gloss and reliable paint protection.

The product can be used independently or to refresh existing ceramic coatings such as SONAX PROFILINE CeramicCoating CC36 or CC Evo.

Surface preparation

Thoroughly clean and polish the paintwork to a mirror finish without scratches. The surface must be completely clean. For degreasing, use SONAX PROFILINE Prepare (02373000) and a SONAX microfiber cloth (04507000).

Application

  1. Apply a few drops of CC One to the light side of the applicator.
  2. Spread evenly in a thin cross pattern over an area of about 0.5 m².
  3. After 5 minutes, remove residues with a new microfiber cloth to a clear shine.
  4. Treat the entire vehicle and allow to cure for at least 4 hours in a dry environment.

One bottle is sufficient for two vehicles.

Recommendations

  • Use disposable gloves to avoid fingerprints.
  • Optimal application temperature: +20…+30 °C (not below +10 °C).
  • Curing time can be reduced by 50% with infrared drying.
  • Within the first hour, stains can be removed with SONAX PROFILINE Prepare (237300), then reseal the area.
  • Do not wash the vehicle for at least 7 days after application.
  • Do not polish the surface after sealing.
  • Suitable for vehicles with films if they are not matte or dark-colored.
  • Dispose of used sponges; wash microfiber cloths immediately after use.
