Two-layer anti-squeak material for automotive sound insulation.

Structure

• Adhesive layer: moisture-resistant, durable bonding up to 20 years
• PU foam with special impregnation: non-flammable and moisture-resistant

Features

• Does not emit toxic substances or odors
• Leaves no oily traces on panels
• Low thermal conductivity, water absorption and vapor permeability
• High chemical resistance to fuel, solvents, acids and salts
• Biostable – resistant to mold and microorganisms
• Operating temperature range: –50 °C to +150 °C
• Slow recovery after compression (about 40 minutes), simplifying installation
