This is a set of black wheel arch trims (glued to the outer edge of the factory arch) for the second-generation Renault Trafic 2001–2015. There are five options on the page: Digital Designs ABS plastic for front and rear arches, or black stainless steel (Max Chrome — for all arches, Carmos — rear only) for versions 2001–2007 and 2007–2015; this product is not intended for Trafic III.

How to identify your body: 2001–2007 or 2007–2015

In 2007 Trafic II received an updated front end with a different grille and front bumper, so the trims of the two versions differ in shape and size and are not interchangeable: the front trims of the updated version are longer. The dimensions of the parts in the plastic kits (A, B, C, D) are listed in the option specifications — it is convenient to check them with a tape measure against the arch. 2007 is a transitional year: there are cars with both the old and the new front end, so rely not on the year in the documents but on photos of the headlights, grille and bumper. The product is designed for Trafic II; it is not intended for Trafic III (new body), so owners of 2015 vehicles should first make sure which generation they have.

Installation

Adhesive installation, without drilling the body. Plastic trims are mounted with automotive glass adhesive-sealant; the adhesive is not included and is purchased separately. Metal options are self-adhesive. In both cases, the edge of the arch is cleaned and degreased before installation, and bonding is done in warm, dry conditions.
