Description

Headlight, acrylic & plastic polish SONAX Scratch Remover (305000), 75 ml

High-performance fine-abrasive polish designed to manually remove light scratches, scuffs and haze from plastic and acrylic surfaces. During polishing, the micro-abrasive structure levels out micro-scratches, restoring a smooth, clear and glossy finish. Ideal for headlights and for “milky” surfaces such as convertible rear windows, trailer windows, boat and aircraft windows, acrylic glass items, etc. Can also be used with a polishing machine. Silicone-free.

How to use

  1. Wash the headlight/surface thoroughly and remove heavy dirt.
  2. Protect the surrounding paintwork around the headlight with masking tape.
  3. Apply a moderate amount to a clean, dry surface (using a SONAX P-Ball or SONAX sponge) and polish intensively for several minutes until smooth.
  4. Remove residue with a microfiber cloth.
  5. For very deep scratches: pre-sand the area with P5000 sandpaper and a small amount of water, then repeat polishing.

Warnings & storage

  • Do not use on printed, soft or painted plastic surfaces.
  • Do not apply in direct sunlight.
  • Store in a warm place; protect from freezing.
  • Keep away from children and animals.
