New duties on cars in April 2014

As it became known, to April 14, 2014 introduced new duties on foreign cars imported into Ukraine. Initially, we were promised a reduction of 3 times, but in reality, received a reduction of one-third. But do not be upset! In 2015 guarantee - minus 50% (unless, of course, will not be deceived).

Compare the old and new duties on cars

• Engine 1-1.5l - was 6.46%, was - 4.31% (to 2015 - 2.15%).
• Volume 1.5-2.2l - was 12.95%, was - 8.63% (to be - 4.32%).

Of course, the lower the fee, the lower the price of cars. However, the owners of the domestic auto industry is not very happy with this decision and feel that it threatens a reduction in jobs. A save will only importers, but not the end-user. Wait and see…
