Ford Focus Mk2 Accessories 2005–2008 — Page 44

For the Ford Focus II 2005–2008 (pre-facelift, body styles sedan SD, hatchback HB and wagon SW/Caravan), DD Tuning has put together model-specific products for this exact version: fiberglass bumper splitters, side skirts and spoilers to be painted, stainless-steel chrome trims from Omsa Line and Carmos, HIC/Niken/Sunplex window visors, the EuroCap hood deflector, roof rails and crossbars, Premium mud flaps, EVA mats from Digital Designs, Stingray, Polytep and Carsuit, and Niken armrests. Most exterior parts are separated by body style, so before ordering please confirm whether you have a sedan, hatchback or wagon.

Pre-facelift or facelift: how not to mix up Focus 2 parts

Focus II was produced in 2005–2011, and in 2008 the model was updated: the grille, headlights and bumpers were changed. Parts for these two versions are often not interchangeable — the winter grille cover, hood deflector, body kits and mirror covers must match your version. Cars from model year 2008 can be either one, so check the front-end photos before buying.

What body kits are available for Focus 2 sedan and hatchback

In the “Body kits” section you’ll find front and rear bumper add-ons, side skirts and a trunk-lid spoiler. All parts are fiberglass, supplied unpainted for painting, and are produced separately for sedan and hatchback; these add-ons are not designed for the wagon. Before installation, parts are test-fitted, primed and painted to match the body color; adhesive for the spoiler is not included.

Chrome trims, window visors and hood deflector

• Chrome trims made of stainless steel: trunk-lid trim (separate for SD, HB and SW), trunk edge trim for sedan and hatchback, door moldings and pillar trims (4 pcs), outer window surround trims (4 pcs) and upper hatchback glass trims (6 pcs), door handle covers (4 pcs), mirror covers and turn-signal surrounds (2 pcs each).
• Door sill plates: Carmos V2 stainless (4 pcs), Carmos for the 2-door body (2 pcs) and Flexill by Omsa Line (4 pcs); for mirrors there are also BMW-Style ABS covers, and for repeaters — oval and rectangular grille inserts.
• Window visors (4 pcs) with double-sided tape: HIC polycarbonate (separate for SD/HB and for SW), Niken with a chrome molding and Sunplex Sport for sedan and hatchback; EuroCap hood deflector made of polycarbonate — with mounting kit.

Chrome trims are taped over the factory parts onto a cleaned and degreased surface; the trim above the license plate does not replace the trunk handle or the plate light.

Which roof rack to install on a Focus II

For the wagon there are model-specific Caravan roof rails made of aluminum and plastic, chrome or black, with a mounting kit: they install into the factory mounting points under the caps. For the rails you can choose Erkul crossbars (WingBar, Skybar, Wizard, WingCarrier) or Flybar and CAN bars (2 pcs), and for sedan and hatchback with a smooth roof — the Oluksuz V4 roof rack (pair).

Interior options: mats, mud flaps, armrest

• Floor mats: EVA Digital Designs — a 5-piece set in several colors; rubber Stingray Premium and Polytep (4 pcs each), Carsuit in four colors, polyurethane Stingray 3D (4 mats plus tunnel cover), textile Classic, Premium and Deluxe. Trunk mats (EVA, Carsuit rubber, textile, Stingray 3D) are separated by body type HB, SD and SW.
• Premium mud flaps made of rubber-plastic — 4 pcs, separate for sedan and hatchback.
• Interior: Niken armrests for the factory recess, a leather gearshift boot, Meric A/C panel trims (Mini-set and Maxi-set in carbon look).

Also available: GPlast fog lights with a plastics kit, a Digital Designs winter grille cover made of ABS plastic, Focus and TDCI badges, and a 425 mm windshield wiper blade.
