Mercedes GL X166 (2012–2015) and GLS X166 (2016–2019) are the same body: GLS is the facelift of GL, so “GLS 2012” in search usually refers to GL X166. How to convert GL to GLS or to X167

Individual GLS parts don’t bolt onto GL directly: GL and GLS grilles differ in shape and mounting, the GLS hood won’t replace the GL hood without new headlights, and a GLS bumper requires the hood, lights, and matching fender flares. That’s why there are facelift kits:
