Volvo tuning at DD Tuning is selected by model and generation: the widest range of model-specific parts is for XC90 2002–2014, XC90 from 2015, and XC60 2009–2017: bull bars, side steps, deflectors, chrome trims, and floor mats. For XC40, XC70, S40/V50, S60, V40, V60, and S90/V90 these are mostly floor mats, mud flaps, window deflectors, and chrome; for the classic 850 and 940/960 — dashboard and wheel-arch trims; for FH tractor units — cab mats and dashboard trims.

How to identify your Volvo generation before ordering
Parts are not interchangeable between generations, so use the model year and the page for your body style. For XC90, the generation change is 2015; for XC60 — 2017; for S60 — 2010 and 2019. V40 1995–2004 is an estate, while V40 from 2012 is a hatchback, and the catalog for them is separate. Even within one generation there can be different versions: for XC60 I, hood deflectors are separate for 2008–2013 and 2013–2018; the rear bumper protector is designed for 2014–2017; on XC90 II, the EuroCap hood deflector is separate for 2019–2024 and from 2024; on V50, wheel-arch trims are for 2004–2007. If the car was produced at the generation boundary or imported from the USA, compare the bumper shape and parts by the photos on the product page, or send the VIN to the manager.
Volvo interior tuning: which mats and trims to choose
- EVA mats Digital Designs — our own model-specific production; for XC90 from 2015 there are six colors (black, gray, beige, brown, blue, orange) and a separate option for cars from 2020.
- Rubber — Stingray Premium and Stingray 3D polyurethane for S40, V50, S60, V60, S80, XC70, C30.
- Textile — in Premium and Deluxe versions.
For XC90, first determine the number of seats: a 5-seat cabin needs mats for 2 rows, a 7-seat cabin — for 3 rows. The interiors of older models are refreshed with dashboard trims, including wood-look ones for FH; there are also armrests, seat covers and capes, and sound insulation.
Bull bar, side steps, and roof rack for XC90 and XC60
The CAN stainless steel bull bar for XC90 2002–2014 mounts to the factory points; the installation kit is included. Before ordering, check whether it will interfere with parking sensors. Side steps made of aluminum are sold as a pair — 2 steps with an installation kit, mounting to the factory points. A roof rack is selected by the rail type: for integrated rails that sit flush to the roof with no gap (XC40, XC60, XC90 II), or for standard rails with a gap. The allowable load is limited by both the crossbars and the vehicle roof with rails.
How mud flaps, window deflectors, and chrome trims are mounted on Volvo
For any Volvo model, universal body kits — lip spoilers and diffusers, forged wheels R16–R24, and automotive bulbs are also suitable. You can install the parts at DD Tuning’s network of certified service centers — the manager will suggest the nearest one.
