Mercedes Sprinter tuning: installation of mudguards

If you spend a Mercedes Sprinter tuning, you probably thought about changing the mudguards, which prevent contamination of the minivan in snowy or rainy weather. And also protects the paint against damages sidewalls, and thresholds and the bottom - from corrosion processes. Set mud flaps is quite simple and is carried out in several stages, which we will briefly describe.

Set mud flaps: step by step guide

• Removing the front wheel arch liners.

Get a Phillips screwdriver and wrench size "8". Remove the screws with a screwdriver with which Lockers hold on wheel arch (6 pieces). Do the same with key bolts that hold the wheel arches with a mudguard of a motor compartment and the wheel (of 3 screws).

• Dismantling regular front mudguards.

Take the key to the "12" and remove all bolts (of 3 pieces), which holds the front mudguard.

• Installing new mudguards.

Produced in the reverse order of removal.

The same procedure was repeated with the rear wheels. The only difference - the number of bolts and screws, which on the back of the arch more than the front.
