Review of the updated model Mazda 3

The Japanese model Mazda 3 was first released in 2003. During this time, the car fell in love not only in our country, but throughout Europe. Total sales worldwide exceeded 3 million 500 thousand copies.

The updated Mazda 3 appeared on the Ukrainian market at the end of last year. The model differs from the previous one in a more aggressive front end and the presence of an extended list of additional equipment. However, more changes have taken place in the car's interior. In the dashboard, the tachometer now plays a leading role - it is located in the center, and the digital speedometer does not have much expressiveness. The three-spoke steering wheel has become more versatile, and the parking brake is activated at the touch of a button.

There is no doubt about the quality of finishing materials and the assembly of all elements. There is a hint of sporty style in the interior and this is confirmed, to some extent, by the dynamics of the car. The developers of the model thoroughly worked on improving the engines, which reduced fuel consumption. Mazda 3 does not have diesel units in its asset, and gasoline engines do not have a turbocharger. But this does not mean that they have become less productive, rather the opposite.

The car is delivered to the Ukrainian market with 1.6-liter and 2.0-liter petrol engines. The gearbox is installed automatic 6-speed, but a variant with "mechanics" is possible. Fuel consumption according to the manufacturer's indications per hundred kilometers in the combined cycle is 5.4 liters with a 1.5-liter engine and 6.4 liters with a 2.0-liter unit. Acceleration from standstill to the first hundred in the latter case will be 8.2 seconds, and the maximum speed is 210 km / h.

In the basic configuration, the updated model has 6 airbags, ABS, 16-inch alloy wheels, a dynamic stabilization system, a rear-view camera, a multimedia system with a 7-inch touchscreen display and an HMI control joystick, audio preparation, etc.
