Ford Tuning Parts — Page 5

For Ford, DD Tuning offers tuning selected for a specific generation of Transit, Custom, Connect, Courier, Ranger, Kuga, Focus, Fiesta, Fusion, Mondeo, C-Max, Galaxy and S-Max, as well as Explorer, Edge, Mustang, F-150, Bronco, Puma, EcoSport and other models — from the 1986 Transit to the latest body generations. The biggest sections are bull bars and side steps, floor mats made of rubber, textile and EVA, chrome trims, roof rails and roof racks, deflectors and body kits; for pickups there are canopies and heavy-duty bumpers.

How to identify your Ford generation

Use the years in the model page title as your reference, and at generation changes — use photos of the front end: the registration year may not match the production year. The most common mix-ups are Transit 2006 and 2014, Fiesta 2008 and 2017, Focus 2008 (II facelift) and 2018 (switch to IV), Mondeo 2014, Kuga 2013. On Ranger 2011–2022, the front end changed in 2015 and 2019, so grilles, bumpers and fenders are checked by photos, and Ranger Raptor is a separate version rather than a standard Ranger. Transit, Transit Custom and Transit Connect are different models: floor mats, deflectors, fenders and side steps don’t interchange between them. For US cars, уточнюйте the market version.

What to consider for Transit, Connect, Custom and Ranger

• Wheelbase. Short, medium and long wheelbase affect roof rails, side steps and fender trims; for side steps, measure the distance between wheel arches rather than counting seats.
• Roof height. A Transit spoiler is selected for a low, medium or high roof — a roof photo is required.
• Pickup cab. The Ranger cab type determines side step length, deflectors and bed covers. For the bed, there are canopies (Omcap, Canopy, FULLBOX, GRAND BOX), roller shutters, heavy-duty bumpers and OffRoad accessories.

For body protection — front guards, side steps and rear bars; fender trims come as flat stick-on covers and as flares.

Which deflectors and mud flaps are available for passenger Ford models

There are window deflectors and hood deflectors — customers call them “wind deflectors” and “bug shield”. Mud flaps are available as model-specific, OEM and universal (230×375 and 280×440 mm). For Mustang there are carbon trims and spoilers.

How to choose a Ford badge and wheel center caps

Ford badges are available as self-adhesive, clip-on and pin-mounted; the size is shown in the name (for example, 112×47 mm). Measure the width and height of the factory emblem and check the curvature and mounting — the model year isn’t enough for selection. Wheel center caps are selected by the outer and mounting diameters (68,5/50, 54,5/50, 69/64, 60/56 mm), not by the wheel radius.
