Carboxylate antifreeze G12SHERON (2939941) — an organic pink liquid is the result of the development of technologies for producing coolants based on organic acids. SHERON G12 antifreeze is often used in new cars, where corrosion processes have not yet begun and heat transfer is important.

The composition of this antifreeze is characterized by a good ability to prevent and inhibit the formation of corrosion processes on the surfaces of parts of the vehicle cooling system. Organic inclusions of the antifreeze, under the action of chemical processes, concentrate in the zone of active metal oxidation. The substances that form the additives in SHERON (990942) antifreeze do not create a continuous anti-corrosion layer; they react only in those areas where the corrosion process has already begun and coat the affected spot with a micron-thick protective film. Since the anti-corrosion layer does not accumulate on clean surfaces, the antifreeze components do not contribute to reducing the throughput of the coolant circuit channels. As a result of reliable protection, rust does not spread in the affected areas, and the system remains protected. At the same time, heat exchange will not be disrupted.

Additionally, the formulation includes components that prevent the formation of foam and scale, and also create a lubricating effect. In the production of G12 antifreeze, the following substances harmful to the power unit are not used: nitrites, silicates, phosphates.
