Prepare the installation area: Clean the roof surface of the Volkswagen Viloran 2020- from dirt in the installation area. It must be dry and clean so that the integrated roof rails can be securely fixed with glass adhesive sealant.
Check the kit: Before starting, lay out the complete installation kit. This will help ensure that all the parts needed to mount the roof rails are present.
Align the roof rails with the roof: Place the gray OEM roof rails at the installation points on the roof. Align them with the body line so they sit symmetrically.
Secure the roof rails with adhesive sealant: Apply glass adhesive sealant to the mounting points and press the roof rails onto the surface. Hold them in the correct position until initial fixation.
Check the fit after installation: After installation, make sure the roof rails fit tightly and do not shift. Only then can you proceed to further use of the roof rack or roof bars.
