Prepare the roof surface: Clean the mounting areas on the roof of the 2011-2019 Isuzu D-Max from dust, dirt, and moisture. The surface must be dry so the glass adhesive sealant can secure the roof rails better.
Test-fit the roof rails: Before bonding, position the gray OEM ABS plastic roof rails on the mounting points. Make sure the parts sit evenly and match the shape of the roof.
Apply the adhesive sealant: Apply glass adhesive sealant to the contact points where the roof rails meet the body. Apply the compound evenly, without excess, so as not to stain the exterior panels.
Secure the roof rails: Place the roof rails on the prepared spots and press them firmly into place. Leave them fixed in position for the time needed for the adhesive to set.
Check the installation: After the installation is complete, inspect the roof rails along their entire length. Make sure the kit is installed evenly and is securely holding on the roof.
