Frequently asked questions
How is a body kit with full bumpers different from a kit with a lip and diffusers?
A full bumper kit replaces the factory bumpers and changes the entire shape of the front and rear of the car. A lip and diffusers attach to the factory bumper and only complement it.
Do I need to paint the body kit?
Yes, the body parts in most kits are painted to match the car before installation. Even a part that already has a color may differ in shade from the body, so the color is matched to a specific car.
Will the kit fit my engine or version?
Compatibility is determined by the body and production years, not the engine: for example, the C63 AMG kit fits all Mercedes C-class W204 from 2007–2015. Check whether the car is pre-facelift or facelift and what options it has — parking sensors, a camera, headlight washers.
Do the kit include headlights, grille, parking sensors, and camera?
It depends on the kit: the exact contents are listed in the “Package contents” field on the product page. Headlights, taillights, grille, or hood are included only in the kits where they are listed, and parking sensors, camera, and headlight washers are transferred from the factory parts.
Can I buy only part of the kit, for example only the bumpers without the side skirts?
For some kits, yes — уточніть у менеджера for a specific item. Some parts are also sold separately in the “Front bumpers”, “Rear bumpers”, and “Tuning side skirts and blades” sections.
Who installs the body kit?
Installation, fitting, and painting are done by a body shop: the parts are mounted in the factory attachment points, but they require preparation. The kit can be installed at the DD Tuning network of certified service centers — the manager will suggest the nearest one.
