How it works

Check vehicle compatibility

Make sure you have a Mercedes G-class W463 (1990–2018) and that the vehicle already has a restyling kit installed. These BRB 2018-style fender flares are designed specifically for this configuration.

Prepare the factory mounting points

Inspect the factory mounting points on the arches and remove any dirt that could interfere with proper fitment. Make sure the mounting points are accessible around the entire perimeter of the arch.

Test-fit the fender flares

Hold each fender flare piece up to its position to check the fit along the contour. The parts are made of ABS plastic, so they should follow the shape without any misalignment.

Install into the factory locations

Secure the fender flares in the factory mounting locations, following the position of each piece. During installation, ensure even contact along the edges of the arch.

Check the result after installation

After installation, inspect all arches: there should be no gaps, misalignment, or lifting at the edges. Recheck that all mounting points are secured in the factory locations.
