Mercedes Sprinter W901–W905 Accessories — Page 30

For the first-generation Mercedes Sprinter — body types W901, W902, W903, W904 and W905 (1995–2006) — DD Tuning offers CAN bull bars and front protection bars, stainless steel side tubes and Erkul aluminum running boards, roof rails, deflectors, winter covers, chrome trims, paintable bumper covers, dash shelves, and model-specific floor mats. Fitment depends on two things: the model years (1995–2000 or 2000–2006, with different TDI and CDI dashboards) and the wheelbase — short, medium, or long.

What’s different between Sprinter 1995–2000 and 2000–2006

Most model-specific parts are made separately for the two periods. In product names, TDI means the early dashboard (1995–2000), and CDI means the 2000–2006 dashboard.

The dashboard may have been swapped, so for the dash shelf, dashboard trim, and floor mats, go by the actual dashboard installed rather than just the year. For the grille and winter cover, the actual front-end configuration matters as well.

Running boards, bars, and roof rails: fitment by wheelbase

• Side steps: CAN stainless tubes Ø60 and Ø70 mm and Premium steps — for short, medium, and long wheelbases; Erkul aluminum (Maya, Allmond, Fullmond, RedLine, Duru, Line, Bosphorus) — for medium and long. There are also tubes for behind the rear wheel.
• Rear bars and corner protectors: AK002 (including black), AK003-double double corners, AK-SO corners, Allmond and Maya aluminum.
• Roof rails: original Erkul (aluminum or black), DD rails in 265 and 340 cm with plastic or cast foot, Meliset rails for painting.

Wheelbases are not interchangeable: if you’re not sure, measure the sill or roof and send the dimensions to the manager.

Deflectors, chrome, and exterior styling

For the side windows, there are wind deflectors from Niken, HIC, and Sunplex — tape-on and in-channel (under the seal); above the windshield — sun visors by EuroCap, 5 mm thick (gloss black or white), and Meliset paintable versions. At the rear, Anatomico and Evolution spoilers and a Meliset rear bumper cover are installed — all paintable. Among the chrome trims from OmsaLine and Carmos are covers for door handles (4 pcs), tail lights, fuel flap, and inner door sills; there are also arch trims, stainless steel hubcaps R15, and Sprinter, 313, and 316 badges.

Interior and van equipment

For the cabin: model-specific EVA mats, Polytep, Stingray, and Carsuit rubber mats, Classic, Premium, and Deluxe textile mats, sill mats, and gear shifter boots. For the panel van, there is an electric sliding door drive with one or two motors, a 50 cm electric step, an auxiliary heater with one or two turbines, and model-specific mud flaps Premium.

Paintable covers are installed over the factory parts. You can have the tuning installed at DD Tuning’s network of certified service centers — the manager will point you to the nearest one. For the next generation, see the dedicated page Mercedes Sprinter W906 2006–2018.
