Mercedes Vito W639 2004-2014 Leather Gear Shift Boot Tiptronic

The cover is of good quality and looks expensive on the car. But installing it on the frame is not very easy, it doesn’t stretch over it at all! I had to grind the frame a bit and make a few cuts on the cover. I used glue 88 and a hairdryer. If you’re handy, I recommend getting it. Photos attached.

Good day. The quality of the cover is excellent. Thank you.

The leather, as for a gear shift boot cover, is a bit rough; to stretch it onto the frame I had to pull the leather all around, which caused some scuffing. The seams are thick and do not fit under the frame, so I had to tap them along the edges to make them thinner. With some effort and time I finally put it on, but after installation there were traces of wear, it doesn’t look like a new cover. Overall, for this price and for leather, it’s fine.

Good quality. I recommend it.

Everything is wonderful, thank you

I ordered a gear shift boot for a Mercedes Vito. They shipped it quickly, it’s well made, everything fit, but the leather is rough and stiff, you have to really try to install it))) slightly softer and thinner leather would be better.
