Frequently asked questions
Do the dashboard trims stick on top of the panel, or do they replace it?
They stick on top of the original parts: the panel, console, and door cards are not removed or replaced. These are flexible silicone elements with an adhesive layer that match the shape of the factory plastic, so the interior does not need to be disassembled for installation.
Can I buy just one trim piece instead of the whole set?
No, the trim is sold only as a set according to the layout in the product card. Individual elements are not sold separately, so it is worth checking the set contents before ordering and keeping the diagram until installation is complete.
What is the difference between the titanium, aluminum, carbon, and wood versions?
It is a surface finish, not a material: the base is the same in all versions. Wood is a brown walnut pattern, carbon is a gray-black weave, titanium is dark gray with a speckled texture, and aluminum is a solid light gray. Real carbon is used only in DDCarbon and GBT inserts.
Will the set fit a car with an automatic transmission?
In most models, the set is the same for manual and automatic transmissions: the contents are exactly as shown in the diagram, and nothing is applied to the gear selector itself. If your model has separate sets for different trims, this is indicated in the product name.
How can I make sure the trims will fit my exact trim level?
Check the years and generation in the product name, and the cutouts for buttons, climate control or air conditioning, and the type of head unit in the diagram. If the panel differs from the photo or the model year is a transition one, send us a photo of your panel — we will compare it with the diagram before shipping.
Is a heat gun needed to install the dashboard trims?
Not necessarily. The main thing is a clean, degreased, and dry surface and a warm room. Light heating with a heat gun only helps on strongly curved areas so the silicone fits the contour more tightly.
