I ordered a hood deflector from you, it arrived with a broken mount! I contacted the manager to resolve the issue. I was immediately told that I broke the mount myself during installation, although I had only unpacked it. I politely asked to send me a new, intact mount. I was told that unfortunately no, they would send it at my expense. I had to agree, but they still didn’t send it! Not recommended! Honestly!
