How it works

Prepare the bumper surface

Before installing the rear bumper trim for Nissan X-Trail T32/Rogue 2014-2021, clean and dry the mounting area. The surface must be smooth and free of dust so the adhesive backing holds better.

Test-fit the trim

Place the 1 stainless steel trim piece on the bumper without removing the protective layer. Make sure it sits centered and matches the shape of the bumper.

Remove the protective layer

Carefully peel off the protective tape from the back of the trim. Do not touch the adhesive surface with your hands, so as not to reduce its adhesion.

Install the trim

Align the trim with the bumper and press firmly along its full length. For this model, installation is done with tape, and the mounting time is about 10 minutes.

Check the fixation

After installation, press the edges of the trim again and make sure it is secured without shifting. After that, do not load the mounting area immediately so the adhesive layer can bond better.
