Exterior and dimensions

At the beginning of this year at one of the auto shows in the United States, the presentation of the fifth generation of crossover Subaru Forester. The novelty was refreshing in appearance, although from the previous model, major changes are not observed.

The main defendants in the front of the car are the radiator grille with a chrome content of led headlamps and massive bumper with foglights interesting.

Interior Subaru Forester new generation has changed only for the better. Inside has more space and the seats got a new profile and higher quality finishing materials.

In front of the cabin looks elegant Central console containing a colour display, vertical ducts and the small screen with the indicators of driving information.

The Luggage compartment has increased in size and now its maximum capacity is 2 155 l according to EPA standard.

Technical characteristics of Subaru Forester 2019

In the engine compartment of the cross is gasoline twin power unit with the following features:

• Working volume – 2.5 l;
• Capacity – 185 l;
• Maximum torque of 239 Nm.

As transmission uses a variator, drive is carried out on the two wheel axles.

The date of start of sales of the new Forester in the European market have not yet been reported, but in the US the car will be on sale starting next fall. This model will be equipped with the following equipment:
