The SONAX Headlight Restoration Kit (405941) is designed for manual restoration of yellowed and dull plastic headlights. In two simple steps, yellowing, haze, and fine scratches are removed. Treated surfaces are sealed and protected against renewed fading.

Application

1. Wash headlights with SONAX Gloss Shampoo.
2. Protect surrounding parts with masking tape.
3. Use the grey applicator with P3000 sandpaper to evenly matt the surface, keeping it moist with water.
4. Remove sanding residue with the included cloth.
5. Repeat the process with P5000 sandpaper.
6. Apply polish to the white sponge and polish until clear.
7. Wipe off polish residue with the cloth.
8. Apply sealant, wait 30 seconds, and wipe with a dry cloth.
