Check compatibility: Make sure the roof rails fit Toyota Hilux 2015- models. This is a vehicle-specific item, so before installation it is important to verify compatibility with the vehicle.
Prepare the roof surface: Clean and degrease the installation areas on the roof. The surface must be dry so the glass adhesive sealant can securely fix the roof rails.
Test-fit the roof rails: Place the gray OEM ABS plastic roof rails in the installation position without final bonding. Check that they sit evenly on both sides.
Apply the adhesive sealant: Use the glass adhesive sealant to secure the roof rails. Apply it to the prepared mounting points according to the installation kit.
Secure and let dry: Press the roof rails firmly onto the surface and leave them until the adhesive fully sets. After that, check that there is no shifting under light load.
