Mitsubishi Tuning — Page 51

Mitsubishi tuning at DD Tuning is selected by model and generation: the page features over 30 models — from L200, Pajero Wagon, Pajero Sport, Outlander, ASX and Eclipse Cross to Lancer, Colt, Galant, Grandis and Space Star. The biggest range of model-specific items is for the L200 pickup and SUVs: stainless steel bull bars and side steps, roof rails and crossbars, canopies and roller shutters, chrome trims and model-fit floor mats.

What’s available for popular Mitsubishi models

Start by choosing your model: the production years are specified in the title of each page. In addition to model-specific items, you’ll also find universal ones there — car bulbs, auto chemicals, trims and moldings.

How not to get the generation wrong

Mitsubishi has many transitional years, so the year in the documents alone isn’t enough. 2006 can mean an L200 or a Pajero of two different generations, 2008 — the first or second Pajero Sport or an Outlander first generation or XL, 2012 — an Outlander XL or the third generation, 2015 — the old or new L200 and Pajero Sport. Compare the shape of the front end, headlights and bumper with the photos on the model page, and if in doubt, send the manager a front photo of your vehicle.

• Pajero Wagon and Pajero Sport are different models: bumpers, side steps and floor mats are not interchangeable between them.
• The new L200 from 2024 has a separate section: canopies, covers and roof rails from the previous body do not fit it.
• ASX, the US-spec Outlander Sport and RVR are related, but check compatibility of roof rails, floor mats and trims by the product name.

Bull bars, side steps and accessories for the pickup

Bull bars, front protection and rear bars in stainless steel are from Turkish manufacturers CAN and Erkul, while aluminum platform side steps and roof rails are mostly Erkul. For L200 2015–2024 there are Dakar steel bumpers with skid plate protection separately for 2015–2019 and from 2019, Dakar side steps with LED lighting and without, a roll bar with basket, roller shutters, canopies, DRAGON hood trims and fender flares. For the new L200 — OEM and HARMS side steps, roll bar, OEM mechanical roller shutter, aluminum canopies, tri-fold bed cover, bedliner insert and integrated OEM roof rails.

Chrome, deflectors and floor mats

Chrome trims for handles, mirrors, rear bumper and side steps are mostly stainless steel from OmsaLine and Carmos. Most models have wind deflectors and hood deflectors, and for the interior — model-fit EVA mats, Stingray rubber mats and textile mats made to the floor shape of a specific model. For older Mitsubishi passenger cars such as Carisma, Galant and Colt, there are decorative dashboard trims.
