Frequently asked questions
Will panel trims replace a damaged panel?
No. Self-adhesive trims are installed over intact factory parts to change their appearance. They do not replace a cracked or broken panel.
Does the gear shift boot include the handle and frame?
Not always: some products are just the cover, while others are a set of “handle + cover.” The contents are specified in the product details under “Set contents.”
Will a gear shift knob from a different transmission fit?
Check the gearbox type, number of gears, reverse engagement method, and mounting on the shaft. Manual and automatic transmissions are not interchangeable, so for one model there may be separate 5-speed and 6-speed versions.
How do I choose an armrest?
Choose a model-specific armrest for your body type and year range, and check the mounting method: in a niche, in the cup holder, or in the factory mounting spot. After installation, it should not interfere with the handbrake, seat belts, or seats.
Does “carbon” or “wood finish” in the name mean the material?
Not necessarily: often it is just the surface texture. The material is specified in the product details — for example, Meric “wood finish” trims are made of silicone.
Will the functions be preserved when replacing the steering wheel?
Before ordering, check the connectors, buttons, heating, and airbag in your car. The steering wheel works with the equipment already installed in the car — it does not add new functions.
Will a console trim from a similar model fit — for example, from Renault Clio 4 to Renault Zoe?
No. Console and panel trims are made to the shape of a specific panel, so a front console trim for Renault Clio IV 2012–2019 will not fit Renault Zoe, even though the models are similar. Choose a product specifically for your model and year range.
