Characteristics of the material Construct A

Construct A is based on polymer rubber and contains a foil relief layer. It is used mainly in such parts of the body as: roof, floor, trunk, doors, motor shield.

• Sheet size - 750x500 mm.
• Thickness - 1.7 mm or 2.3 mm, or 3 mm.
• KMP (mechanical loss factor) - 0.25 units, 0.3 units and 0.36 units.
• Weight - 2.7 kg/m2, 3.5 kg/m2 and 4.2 kg/m2.
• Operating temperature range – -40—+100о C.

Material characteristics of Construct Block 3 and Construct Block 4

Construct Block 3 and Construct Block 4 are similar materials based on modified bitumen. The adhesive layer is a rubber mastic. The difference in materials is that Block 4 contains a foil layer, the thickness of which is 100 microns.

• KMP - Block 3 -0.35 units, Block 4 -0.45 units.
• Sheet size -370x500 mm.
• Thickness - Block 3 -3 mm, Block 4 -3.5 mm.

Characteristics of Construct Strong

It is also a sheet material consisting of a high-viscosity type of aluminium. Well suited for machining curved surfaces and creating rigid structures. Thickness - 1.5 mm.
