How it works

Check compatibility

Before installation, make sure the Carmos door molding is suitable for Volkswagen Golf 4 1997-2006 and belongs to the category of door trims.

Prepare the surface

Clean and degrease the installation area on the doors so the adhesive backing adheres better to the surface.

Test-fit the molding

Before removing the protective layer, place the stainless steel trim against the door and align it along the edge.

Secure the trim

Remove the protective film from the adhesive backing and carefully press the molding onto the body along its full length.

Check the fit

After installation, press all sections of the trim once more and make sure it is installed evenly on the doors.
