Purchase experience:
- The first time they sent the wrong model, even though I clearly specified it and chose it on the website... - The second time I spent a long time explaining what happened and which exact one I needed — they wrote that a manager would call back; either I missed it or they called once and didn’t bother anymore:) - The third attempt finally worked:) I placed the order, Daniela got in touch — she quickly understood what I wanted (hard not to, because I clearly chose the product on the site + also sent extra photos in the chat:) and the next day I already received it at the post office. - Armrest — quality-wise it’s obviously not original, but the price is three times lower. I had to slightly modify the mounting: the Chinese didn’t finish drilling the holes, so it sat crooked and the holes didn’t line up — I had to drill them out.
