How to properly wash a car at a car wash?

Washing a car almost always took a lot of time and additional costs. However, with the advent of self-service sinks, this procedure has become more accessible and less time-consuming. But not all drivers know how to properly wash a car, so we offer several recommendations in this regard.
The car will become more refined and presentable if you use tuning accessories, the assortment of which you will find in our online store.
Start the process
Usually, car washing begins with entering the car wash itself. At the same time, the vehicle must be placed in the middle of the box, so that there is optimal access from all sides.
Then you can do the following:
- All mats are removed from the cabin and hung vertically in a special place on clothespins. You can wash the mats in any way you like: just with water or with foam.
- Then you can apply foam to the car body. However, this should not be done on a hot and not very dirty surface (thick layers of dirt are better washed off with water pressure beforehand). If the car is not very dirty, then it is better to apply the foam on a dry body.
The entire process of applying the foam should take you no more than a few minutes. Do not leave the foam for a long time, otherwise it may dry out.
Methods of washing
The most common types:
- Normal washing. This method is used when it is necessary to simply clean the vehicle from dirt. First, foam is applied to the dry body, then you need to wait a few minutes for the detergent to start interacting with the dirt. Washes off with powerful water pressure.
- Dust removal. If your car is not particularly dirty and you just need to get rid of dust, then it is recommended to use purified water from osmosis.
- Removal of insects. It often happens that after long trips in the car, there are many gnats stuck to it. In this case, the washing process is as follows: first, a special insect repellant is applied to the car (it can be "Antimoska"), then foam is applied, and then it is washed off with water.
- Washing with purified water is osmosis. At the end of the whole procedure, it is worth "rinsing" the car with osmosis water. It does not leave dried drops or other traces.
After washing
After all this, it is advisable to let the car dry in the sun. It is better to remove moisture from the windshield with the help of a special water repellent, but it is highly not recommended to use a rag for this, because it leaves marks and streaks not only on the glass, but also on the car body if it is rubbed.
