BMW 5 Series G30/G31 2017–2023 M-Tech Body Kit Set (for 2021+)

The M-Tech body kit is designed for facelift BMW 5 Series G30 and G31 models from 2021–2023. It allows you to replace the standard body elements with a full M-Tech/M-Sport kit featuring a more expressive front bumper, sporty side skirts, a rear bumper with a diffuser, and M-Performance exhaust tips.

This is a solution for a vehicle that already has the 2021+ facelift exterior. The kit does not require replacing the hood, front fenders, headlights, or rear lights. It is also not a replica of the M5 Competition — it is an M-Tech body kit for the facelift BMW 5 Series.

What result the body kit installation provides

The front end of the car gains the characteristic M-Tech architecture with larger air intakes and expressive side zones of the bumper. The 1 Bar gloss black grilles complement the facelift optics and make the front end visually wider.

The side skirts with the M5 F90 design reduce the visual height of the body and connect the front and rear bumpers into one complete look. The rear is shaped by the sporty bumper, the MT LCI Style diffuser, and two M-Performance tips.

How this kit differs from a full facelift conversion

This M-Tech kit is installed on a BMW G30/G31 that already has the facelift headlights, taillights, and 2021-spec body elements. If you need to convert a pre-facelift 2017–2020 vehicle to the 2021+ version, a full facelift M-package with a different configuration is used.

Installation recommendations

Before painting, all parts must be test-fitted on the vehicle. The installer checks the mounting points, body gaps, the position of the bumpers and side skirts, and compatibility with the installed equipment. After a test assembly, the body elements are painted in the vehicle color and installed permanently.

Installing the rear bumper involves correct positioning of the diffuser and the M-Performance tips. Depending on the factory exhaust system configuration, adaptation of the exhaust pipes to fit the tips from the kit may be required.
