Brabus has taken the most powerful and fastest convertible

Tuning company Brabus is known around the world for his work on Mercedes-Benz vehicles. And this applies not only appearance, but also the modernization of power units. The engineers Atelier introduced the convertible, built on the basis of Executive S-Class.

Convertible, upgraded with a Brabus, received a 900-horsepower engine. This car is recognized as one of the most powerful and fastest in its class. Its official presentation will take place in the middle of this month in Frankfurt in the framework of the motor show.

Convertible, built on the platform of the model S 65 is equipped 12-cylinder power unit with twin turbo. Its working volume was increased to 0.3 L. in addition to the model improved the injection system and release, and also installed an upgraded 7-speed automatic transmission. Was also installed brand differential partial block. Thus, the engine power increased to 270 "horses".

Sprint "race" to the first hundred is less than 4 seconds, which is 0.2 seconds faster than the standard version of the Mercedes-AMG. Maximum speed is 350 km/h.
