Porsche will show in Frakfurt special model 911 Speedster

For fans of the legendary German brand, there is remarkable news. German car brand Porsche is gearing up for the Frankfurt Motor Show, where it plans to unveil a special version of the 911 called the Speedster.

To date, details about the new modification are not reported. It is worth noting that the German company Porsche releases a special version of the Speedster, as a rule, at the end of the production of the next generation of the legendary model.

The previous version of the Speedster was released seven years ago. The sports car differs from the basic version with a slightly different front end, a shortened windshield, swollen rear fenders, and a unique solution for the rear of the car, which is called “double-bubble”.

The old Speedster was equipped with a 6-cylinder GTS power unit with 408 horsepower and a displacement of 3.8 liters. The car accelerated to the first hundred in 4.6 seconds.

This time, most likely, the model will also receive a GTS series engine. Convertible and coupe are equipped with a 3.0-liter turbocharged 6-cylinder engine with a capacity of 450 hp. In the top version, the car picks up the first hundred in 3.8 seconds, and the maximum speed is 308 km/h.
