Porsche presented a special version of the 911 GT3 Touring Package

There is good news for fans of Porsche sports cars. At the Frankfurt Motor Show, the German brand presented a special version of the 911 GT3 sports car with the Touring Package. While this may not be the Porsche team’s most significant event at this auto show, it is worth paying attention to.

The modification of the Porsche 911 GT3 Touring Package is a kind of racing car that can be operated on public roads. The sports car is equipped with a 4-liter engine with a capacity of 500 horsepower, which was borrowed from the track car. Its speed indicators are impressive - acceleration from zero to first hundred takes less than four seconds, and the maximum speed is 315 km / h. The model is equipped with an exclusively mechanical 6-speed gearbox.

The Touring Package modification will not have any special external differences from the base model Porsche 911 GT3. The new sports car will receive forged 20-inch wheels, and the front optics will not be tinted. It is also worth paying attention to the appearance of an adjustable spoiler in the rear of the car, which is painted to match the body color.

Another addition will be the ability to connect a branded mobile application, with the help of which it will be possible to monitor the results of races on the race track using a smartphone.
