Frequently asked questions
Can a Prado 120 be made to look like a Land Cruiser 300 or Prado 150?
Yes, there are two facelift kits for the 120 body: one in the style of the Land Cruiser 300 and one in the style of the 2017+ Prado 150. The parts fit into the factory mounting points and come ready for painting. The kit can be installed at DD Tuning’s network of certified service centers — the manager will suggest the nearest one.
Will parts from a Prado 150 fit a Prado 120?
Standard factory Prado 150 parts, including rear lights, side steps, and roof rails, do not fit the 120 body without checking: the geometry and mounting points are different. To achieve the 150 look, choose a facelift kit adapted specifically for the 120.
Do you need to drill the roof to install roof rails?
Model-specific roof rails for the Prado 120 mount to the factory roof points, and the kit includes the rails and mounting hardware. The allowable load depends on the model and is listed in the specifications.
How many rows of EVA mats should I choose?
For a five-seat cabin — 2 rows, for a seven-seat cabin — 3 rows. The trunk mat is purchased separately, with options for 5- or 7-seat versions.
What is the difference between OmsaLine and Carmos trims?
OmsaLine is Italian stainless steel from a Turkish manufacturer with a more precise fit, while Carmos is Turkish steel. Both options are attached over the factory handles or trim using double-sided tape after degreasing.
Are bull bars only available in polished finish?
No, the WT002, WT003, WT004, QT006, and high bull bar are available in polished stainless steel and in a black Black finish. They mount to the factory points with an installation kit.
Will roof rails from a five-door Prado 120 fit a three-door one?
Model-specific roof rails on this page are selected for the five-door body, and the three-door mounting is not considered compatible without checking — shortening the profile does not solve this. For the three-door version, please confirm compatibility with the manager before ordering.
Can I buy a separate roof rail cover for the Prado 120?
Yes, the site has separate front left, front right, rear left, and rear right roof rail covers. They are selected by position (front or rear), side, and rail type; for non-original roof rails, send the manager a photo of the cover and base.
