Surface preparation for coating: step by step instructions

• Alignment.

If you treat the plastic piece that has a roughness, unevenness or orange peel, you have all these defects removed manually the most common nazhdachnoj paper and a variety of skins. Of course, you can simply apply a sealer, but not everyone will be able to apply it correctly, which will lead to the future cracking of the coating.

• Degreasing products.

Remember, no primer, enamel or paint will not lay down evenly and efficiently to the surface, which is not pre-degreased. For these purposes, it is best to use purified gasoline or alcohol. You need to work with a soft cotton cloth that leaves no lint or brush. In any case, do not use kerosene.

• Primer.

• Application of the base (substrate)
