Lynk & Co 07 GT: Lynk & Co’s first wagon, 523 hp plug-in hybrid

Lynk & Co 07 GT is Geely’s first estate: a 1.5 turbo plug-in hybrid with a 28.3 kWh battery and up to 523 hp. It has been on sale in China since 23 July 2026 and was shown to Europe for the first time in Paris. Here are the key specs and what’s known about EU sales.

Lynk & Co 07 GT is the first estate in the brand’s history: a 4.85-metre plug-in hybrid with a 1.5-litre turbo engine, a 28.3 kWh battery, and up to 390 kW (523 hp) in the all-wheel-drive version. In China, it went on sale on 23 July 2026, and on 12 October the brand showed the 07 GT to a European audience for the first time at the Paris Motor Show. Sales in Europe are planned for 2027, but there are still no official European specifications, prices, or a launch date.

What the Lynk & Co 07 GT is

Lynk & Co is a Geely Group brand and a close relative of Volvo in terms of engineering. Until now, the brand has made crossovers, sedans, and coupe crossovers, while the 07 GT became its first estate—it is derived from the Chinese 07 sedan. The company itself describes the body as a combination of shooting brake elegance and sporty fastback character; in Chinese materials, the model is called a “sport touring”. We have already looked at the brand’s larger models—the Lynk & Co 08 plug-in hybrid crossover and the large Lynk & Co 09; the 07 GT sits alongside them as a car for those who find a crossover too tall.

Timeline for the China launch: pre-sales started on 29 June, the official launch was on 23 July 2026. The limited run of 1,007 cars sold out before the launch.

Dimensions and how much boot space it has

ParameterLynk & Co 07 GT (China)
Length4,846 mm (4,866 mm for some versions)
Width1,900 mm
Height1,485 mm
Wheelbase2,843 mm
Boot614 l, up to 1,665 l with the rear seats folded
Trailerup to 1.6 t, electrically deployable towbar

In terms of size, it is a D-segment car. The 614 l boot figure is for the front-wheel-drive version. For an estate, the towbar also matters: on the 07 GT it is electric and retractable, and the factory-rated trailer allowance is up to 1.6 t. There are roof rails, and the doors are frameless.

How the 523 hp hybrid works

The 07 GT is built on the CMA platform (shared by Geely and Volvo) and the EM-P hybrid system. The 1.5-litre turbo petrol engine produces 120 kW and works through a three-speed hybrid transmission (DHT). There are two versions:

ParameterFront-wheel drive (1 motor)All-wheel drive (2 motors)
Total output300 kW (402 hp)390 kW (523 hp)
0–100 km/h5.5 saround 4 s
Battery28.3 kWh28.3 kWh
Electric-only range (CLTC)200 km170 km
Total range (CLTC)1,422 km1,315 km
Dampersadaptive hydraulicMRC magnetorheological

An important note about the figures: CLTC is the Chinese cycle, and it is noticeably more optimistic than the European WLTP. So in Europe, 200 km on electric power will almost certainly turn into a smaller number; exactly how much, the brand has not yet announced. The front suspension is McPherson, the rear is multi-link. A carbon-fibre rear wing is available for the all-wheel-drive version.

What it’s like inside and which driver-assistance systems it has

The driver gets a 10.2-inch digital instrument cluster and an augmented-reality head-up display (AR-HUD); in the centre there is a 15.4-inch screen with the Flyme Auto 2.5 system on a 5-nanometre chip rated at 30 trillion operations per second. The seats are bucket-style, with 12-way electric adjustment and ventilation.

A roof-mounted lidar is fitted on all versions. The G-ASD H5 driver-assistance system works as standard; on more expensive trims there is H7 on the Nvidia Thor-U chip with a navigation autopilot in the city. Whether these systems will remain on the European version is unknown: driver-assistance requirements in the EU are different, and Lynk & Co directly says that the European car will have specifications aligned with local rules.

Prices in China: three regular versions range from 157,800 to 177,800 yuan, and the limited series is 208,800 yuan.

Will the 07 GT be sold in Europe

For Lynk & Co, this is its first Paris Motor Show. The brand’s stand is in Hall 5.1; alongside the 07 GT are the 01, 02, and 08 models that are already sold in Europe. The estate itself was shown at the end of the press conference—as a premiere for a European audience rather than a car ready for sale. We gathered the overall picture of the show in our review of the 2026 Paris Motor Show.

What is officially known about Europe:

  • the 07 GT is stated as a model planned for Europe in 2027;
  • from 2027, Volvo Cars will become the exclusive distributor of Lynk & Co in Europe;
  • the brand operates in 25 European markets and has more than 140 sales locations.

What is missing: European specifications, WLTP range, prices, and a sales start date. That is, sales of the 07 GT in the EU have not yet been confirmed—there is only a plan.

What you can choose for an estate like this

We do not have model-specific accessories for the 07 GT in our catalogue—the car is new. You can only choose universal items that are fitted by size. For the interior—universal rubber floor mats: the version with raised edges holds water and snow better. For the 614 l boot—a universal polyurethane boot mat that is trimmed to fit; before buying, measure the width between the wheel arches and the depth of the floor.
