For work you will need:

• Degreaser.
• Clean rag.
• Roller roller.
• Industrial dryer.
• Cutting tool.
• Screwdrivers.
• Vibration isolator - Shumoff M2.
• Soundproofing - Accent 10 mm.
• Noise insulator - Bitoplast 5 mm, anti-creak.

Dismantling the door VAZ 2110

Before proceeding directly to the soundproofing of the doors, it is necessary to remove the trim. We give step-by-step instructions using the example of the right front door:

• The manual window handle is removed by pressing the latch from the back with a screwdriver.
• Then, on the plastic handle for closing the door, we remove the facing plate, behind which two screws are hidden. We unscrew them and remove the handle itself.
• We unscrew the screws of the pocket for small things, carefully snap it off the plastic clips.
• Unscrew the door lock button.
• Now you can remove the casing, but you need to do it carefully, as it still rests on eight plastic caps. (most often they break, so you should stock up on new ones).

Work process

Before gluing Shumka, the surfaces must be cleaned of dust or dirt and degreased. Further in this order:

• We glue vibration isolation with the first layer. It is applied to the inner part of the outer wall through technological holes.
• The second layer - soundproofing, is applied over the vibration.
• With the third layer, we glue the vibration on the entire surface of the door, while closing the technological holes.
• With the help of an anti-creak, you can process the places where the skin fits to the door, as well as the wires and the places where the speakers are attached.
• We process the inner side of the door trim with a sound insulator.

After this work, the assembly of the door is carried out in the reverse order.
