Work process

Before proceeding with the noise of the trunk lid, of course, you need to remove its trim, if any. Further in this order:

• First of all, dirt is washed off the surface and degreased.
• After the lid has dried, patterns are made from cardboard and blanks are cut out on them.
• We apply vibration isolation with the first layer, roll it with a roller.
• The second layer is soundproofing.
• Next, we move on to the technological holes and perform the same operation (vibration, then noise).
• After the work is done, install the casing in place.
